What Is the Shared Shuttle?
PCAT’s Shared Shuttle offers a cost-effective, comfortable way to travel between regional airports. You reserve a specific seat for a specific departure time, and travel with up to four other passengers in a premium Chrysler Pacifica. Each booking includes luggage--see below.
How Booking Works
1. Select Your Route & Date
Choose your travel route and departure date.
2. Choose Your Seat
Select the seat type you prefer. Pricing is per seat and varies by selection.
3. Pickup Location & Details
Select your designated pickup location and provide required passenger details.
4. Secure Your Reservation
Enter your credit card to reserve your seat. Your card is not charged at booking and may be charged once the cancellation window has passed.
5. Confirmation & Updates
You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email with pickup instructions and trip details.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds are permitted within 72 hours of the scheduled departure.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If flight plans change, the original seat must be canceled and rebooked based on availability.
Route Adjustments & Service Availability
- PCAT may make minor schedule or routing adjustments as needed to maintain safe, efficient operations. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
- If PCAT must cancel a scheduled departure, affected customers will be notified and offered either a full refund or the option to convert the shared shuttle into a private ride when available.
Luggage & Onboard Policies
- One carry-on and one checked suitcase per seat (oversized items may incur a fee). Additional luggage may be permitted per special request and applicable fees.
- No food or open drinks. Spill-proof bottles only.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
- One 10-minute rest stop will occur mid-route.
Payment Policy (Card on File)
- A card on file is required to finalize all shared shuttle reservations.
- Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
- Charges are applied after the cancellation cutoff or in accordance with the refund policy.
- By submitting a reservation request, you authorize PCAT to charge the card on file for the full seat fare, late cancellations, or no-show fees.
